Inner Studio Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Inner Studio Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in this program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Overview
The Inner Studio Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new members to Inner Studio through unique affiliate links or codes.
Participation in the program is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms.
2. Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of Inner Studio.
You agree to represent Inner Studio authentically and in alignment with its values. You may not present yourself as an official spokesperson or claim authority beyond your personal experience.
3. Commissions & Payments
Affiliates earn a commission of $8.50 per successful referral.
A “successful referral” is defined as a new customer who signs up and completes payment using your unique link or code.
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis.
Payments will be issued via PayPal.
A minimum payout threshold of $8.50 may apply.
Inner Studio reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of:
Fraudulent activity
Self-referrals
Refunded or disputed transactions
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
Share Inner Studio in a way that feels genuine and aligned with their own voice
Provide accurate, honest representations of the platform
Avoid misleading claims, exaggerated promises, or false guarantees
Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements (clearly stating affiliate relationships when promoting)
5. Brand Use & Content Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved Inner Studio branding, messaging, and assets when provided.
You may not:
Modify logos or brand assets without permission
Misrepresent Inner Studio’s offerings or outcomes
Create content that is harmful, offensive, or misaligned with the brand’s values
Inner Studio reserves the right to request removal of any content that does not align with these guidelines.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Run paid ads using Inner Studio’s name, trademarks, or branded keywords without written approval
Engage in spam, unsolicited promotions, or mass messaging
Use deceptive tactics to generate clicks or conversions
Offer unauthorized discounts, incentives, or bonuses
7. Termination
Inner Studio reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Affiliates may also choose to leave the program at any time.
Upon termination:
Affiliate links may be deactivated
Outstanding commissions may be paid at Inner Studio’s discretion
8. Limitation of Liability
Inner Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
We make no guarantees regarding earnings or performance.
9. Modifications
Inner Studio may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
